Cancellation & Return Policy

SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY: Our publishing services cancellation policy states that any order cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full after deducting of processing fee.

If an order is cancelled within one month of placing the order and no work has commenced then 50% of the service order amount will be refunded.

PRODUCT CANCELLATION POLICY: Incase of cancellation of the product order. If the product ordered is defective or in any way damaged, a full refund or replacement of the order will be made.

The guarantee does not extend to:
• Incase the product is used
• If the product is damaged at the receivers end
• If proof of buying the product cannot be furnished.
Refund: Once we receive the proof of damage and order placed is confirmed, money id wired back to you within seven working days. Where needed you will need to provide us with bank information or any information needed to transfer the amount to you by other means.
